The three-room apartment is located at an intermediate level of the village in a raised and quiet position with a private outdoor area shaded by Mediterranean pines. The property is fenced and suitable for a holiday with pets which are welcome if notified in advance
Inside it consists of: entrance with living room, spacious kitchen, sofa bed, TV, (the newly installed kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob); the living room leads to the outside where it is possible to have lunch and also use a corner used as a barbeque; the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine and window. the house is equipped with a wifi box, mosquito nets and garden furniture. AC (doubleroom and livingroom only)
A private parking space is part of the property. The apartment is one level higher than the parking lot so you have to climb a staircase of about 20 steps
